Scholarship
The Baltimore Metro Chapter of the Norfolk State University Alumni Association is now accepting applications for our annual scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior who plans to matriculate at NSU, or a current student at NSU. The scholarship winner will be awarded $1000 ($500 per semester) if the student maintains the scholarship academic requirement. Click here to download the application for the 2023–2024 school year. Applications must be received by April 22, 2023.


To be considered for the scholarship award, the applicant must:
-Be a permanent resident of Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Harford County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County, Frederick County, or Montgomery County.

-Be a graduating senior from a high school (public, private, or charter) accepted to enter NSU as a full-time student in the academic year immediately following the scholarship award; or a current NSU student.

-Have a scholastic average of at least an unweighted GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale through the end of the first semester.
