About Us
The Baltimore Metro Chapter was chartered in May, 2021. Our goals are to:
- Provide finanical aid to students from the Baltimore area attending NSU, support Norfolk State University, recruit qualified students, and to serve as good neighbors in the community.
- Serve as Norfolk State University ambassadors at college fairs, recruitment events, community service, and other activities.
- Assist in recruiting Baltimore Metro area high school students to attend Norfolk State University.
- Provide financial support to students, enabling them to pursue their goals of obtaining a degree from NSU.
- Establish connections with local stakeholders that have an interest in seeing their sons and daughters succeed and return to the Baltimore area with the education to be successful members of the community.
- Serve as upstanding and dedicated members of the community, and give back to our neighborhoods through works of service and commitment.
- Provide a viable option for NSU supporters in the area that are looking to join and actively participate in the NSUAA.
